After spending several years in sales within the IT industry at a top-level company, Björn witnessed the prevalence of mental health issues and personally felt unfulfilled by life. This was a turning point, leading him to the discovery of the power of breathwork and with it on a deeper journey to pursue a more purposeful life.
Over the years, he has guided thousands of people through breathwork journeys, led retreats, and delivered lectures at universities, along with workshops on breathwork, mindfulness, and mental health for leading companies. All with the mission to help individuals living a better and more conscious life.
No, this masterclass is designed for both beginners and those with experience.

Once you close your eyes, put on an eye mask, and listen with headphones, you enter a deeply immersive space – just like in a live session. We’ve guided hundreds of people this way, and every round of this training confirms it again: depth, release, and connection absolutely happen online. You’re not alone in the experience – we’re in this space together, just without the physical contact.
